Sauvignon Blanc

Greenish colour with crystal clarity. Drinking this wine is like tasting fresh pieces of banana, peach and lemon.

Variety: Sauvignon Blanc.

Vineyard region: Selected vineyards which face southeast and vises from sea level to an altitude of  100 meter. 

Vintage: At dawn during the last 10 days of August. The yield of vineyard was 600-900 kg/acre.

Vinification: In the traditional way of white wine vinification at constant low temperature. Only the juice from the first crushing of the grapes was used. It was stabilized at -8˚C for 15 days.

Serving temperature: It is best served at 8˚C in a tall glass.

It goes perfectly with: Sea salads, fish, shrimp, Cray fish etc.
