Petradia

Deep dark red, honeylike, colour. Very good body, excellent aftertaste, dried fruit and forest fruit aromas.

Variety: Syrah.

Vineyard region: Strictly selected south-eastern exposure coastal vineyards from the area of Mount Pageo. Low yield per hectare.

Vinification: Traditional method of red wine vinification at constant low temperature.

Maturation: Matured in small oak barrels, always new, for as many months as it takes for an excellent wine to be created and stored in bottles at our cellar for 2 years. 

Serving temperature: It is served at 17˚C in a big open tulip glass.

It goes perfectly with: Roasted meat with spicy sauses.
