Merlot

Dark red colour with diamond clarity and strong aftertaste. The complicated bouquet has the flavour of mature cherry, plum but also mocha and coffee. Velvety on the palate.

Variety: Merlot.

Vineyard region: Selected south-eastern exposure vineyards, at an altitude of 0-100 meters and cavessel by the breeze of the sea giving the wine grapes excellent aromas and high sugar levels.

Vintage: At dawn during the first 10 days of September. The yield of the wineyard was 600-850 kg/acre.

Vinification: In the traditional way of red wine vinification with a long fermentation time.

Maturation: In small oak barrels, always new, for as many months as it takes for an excellent wine to be created. Stored in bottles at our cellar for a long time.

Serving temperature: It is best served at 18˚C in an open tulip glass.

It goes perfectly with: Roasted meat and all poultry.
