Malagousia

Yellow greenish colour with crystal clarity. Palatable and balanced. Tasting this wine is like eating fresh pieces of apricot, pineapple and lemon. Delightful acidity and impressive aftertaste.

Variety: Malagousia.

Vineyard region: The vineyards have southeast orientation, sandy ground and their yield per acre is at extremely low levels.

Vinification: In the traditional way of white wine vinification at constant low temperature. Only the juice from the first crushing of the grapes was used. It was stabilized and cooled at -8˚C for 15 days.

Serving temperature: It is served at 8˚C in a tall open tulip glass.

It goes perfectly with: Sea salads, fish shrimp, Crayfish, red mullet, risotto with mushrooms, yellow cheeses etc.
