Idipnoos White Classic
Bright green yellowish colour with an impressive clarity and strong aftertaste. Strong flavours of lemon, apple and peach.
Variety: Malaguzia and Asyrtiko.
Vineyard region: Selected south-eastern exposure vineyards being at an altitude of 50-350 meters opposite the sea.
Vintage: The last 10 days of August for both Asyrtiko and Malaguzia.
Vinification: In the traditional way of white wine vinification at constant low temperature. Only the juice from the first crushing of the grapes was used. It was stabilized at -8°C for 15 days.
Serving temperature: It is best served at 8°C in a tall glass.
It goes perfectly with: All Greek cuisine and especially fish, shell-fish, poultry and meat with white sauce.
