Idipnoos Red Selection

Deep red violet colour with fascinating clarity and flavour. Excellent aftertaste.

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Vineyard region: Selected south-eastern exposure vineyards at 10-100 meters near the sea.

Vintage: In the morning during the first 10 days of September for Merlot and the second 10 days of September for Cabernet Sauvignon. The yield of the vineyard was 600-850 kg/acre.

Vinification: In the traditional way of red wine vinification at constant low temperature with a long fermentation time.

Maturation: In small oak barrels, always new, for as many months as it takes for an excellent wine to be created. Stabilized at -8˚C for 15 days and aged in bottles for a long time.

Serving temperature: It may be aged in the bottle and it is best served at 18˚C in a tulip glass.

It goes perfectly with: Red meat and poultry.
