Dakri Ampelou

Rich green yellowish colour with crystal clarity. Magnificent flavors of lemon, banana and pineapple. A slight flavour of vanilla and oak caress the palate softly, giving an extreme aftertaste in a gorgeous wine.

Variety: Chardonnay.

Vineyard region: Strictly selected coastal vineyards of south-eastern exposure from the very good area of Mount Pageo. Low yield per hectare.

Vinification: Traditional method of white wine vinification at constant low temperature. Short maceration. Only the juice from the first crushing of the grapes was used.

Maturation: In small oak barrels, always new, for as many months as it takes for an excellent wine to be created.

Serving temperature: It is served in a tall glass at 9˚C.
