Chardonnay
Green yellowish crystal divine shades. Palatable and balanced. Excellent fine aroma of banana, lemon and pineapple. Delightful acidity and impressive aftertaste.
Variety: Chardonnay.
Vineyard region: Selected south-eastern exposure vineyards at an altitude of 150 meter near the sea. The yield of the vineyard was 600-700 Kg/acre.
Vinification: In the traditional way of white wine vinification at constant low temperature. Only the juice from the first crushing of the grapes was used. It was stabilized at -8˚C for 15 days.
Serving temperature: It is best served at 10˚C in a tall glass.
It goes perfectly with: All fish and grilled sea food dishes.
